Dropped in with chainsaw last week, they gave me a ball park figure for repair, and picked it up to be invoiced less than originally stated, very honest. Also, had problem with lawnmower that is a make they don’t usually repair, they took a look, and it was a simple fix (to a professional, not me!) and they kindly did not charge for their time. All round, friendly, professional, and makes you want to be a repeat customer.

Brilliant staff, we had problems with some machines this morning and needed spark plugs. Gustharts had them in stock and meant we got back out working quickly and the price was great for them too. Also helped us decide on some new Stihl machinery. Thanks again lads saved me a major headache today

We went to buy a chainsaw. Mike gave us great advice and answer all our questions. He set the saw up, started it and gave us tips on use and maintenance. The price was excellent, the service outstanding. I cannot recommend Gustharts too highly! Probably the best customer service I have ever had!
