Lovely farm and loads to do, my son loves the soft play and big slide as well as the animals. We've been twice for the santa experience too, and that's fantastic. The 'Elves' are absolutely amazing and make the experience so much fun for kids x

We have visited several times in the past couple of years and have always had a fantastic fun-filled time. We visited the Christmas event today and it was better than ever. Fantastic festive activities, top quality gifts and really good value for money considering the effort and care that went into everything. And the real sparkle on the top of the tree was the fantastic staff who were friendly, festive and so warm and charming - they really added so much Christmas spirit to the event. Thanks to everyone involved - we'll be booking for next Christmas and will be back again before then.

We have an annual pass for the farm and regularly visit and it's exceptional. But we recently went for the Xmas event and it was even better. So well organised and the staff were absolutely brilliant with the kids. Fully, fully recommend.

Staff are really friendly and it's a great place for kids from when they can walk. Great for teaching kids about farm animals, pets and creepy crawlies. My little girl loved it

Had a great few hours visiting and meeting all the animals. The lady in the shop was so lovely and friendly! We popped down to the petting barn and got some lovely cuddles with a rabbit, the staff were all very friendly, excluding one lady who had a very poor attitude towards myself and my partner, blatantly ignoring us when going around with the animals and was very rude when I said I couldn’t sit on the extremely small children’s seats due to a physical issue. We then ventured up to the birds of prey and met Dave who totally redeemed it, he was amazing!! Then we made friends with a lovely Pygmy goat and a lovely little Shetland! We had a family emergency that left us unable to attend on the day we had originally booked for and the staff were amazing, a quick phone call and they sorted it all out for us. All in all a lovely little day out and we look forward to coming back in the future! Edited to reply to response: I’d like to point out the lovely lady who responded to this review was not actually the lady I was talking about with regards to having a negative experience. As stated she did go above and beyond and was genuinely so lovely, unfortunately this poor experience with her colleague overshadowed our experience with her leaving me neglecting to mention just how lovely she actually was. We did notice you were no longer there when we popped back to thank you and we were genuinely gutted we didn’t catch you again. I’d like to apologise for any upset this misunderstanding has caused you and for not stating it wasn’t yourself I was talking about. Thank you for genuinely being so amazing with us, we’d come back for you and Dave alone!!

Beautiful family day out at whitehouse, so much to do. Definitely a full day kind of place to go to try and get around. All goats sheep's and pony's were just free and calm and just plodding on was beautiful experience. Definitely worth the money. £1 a bag for animal food and all the animals love it.

We visited yesterday with my little girl who's 3. What an amazing day we had! The whole family had such a good time. There was so much to see and do! The animals were all so friendly and happy to be handled. All their enclosures were brilliant and they all looked really healthy and happy. We got to hold a mouse, rabbit, guinea pig, cockroach, lizard, millipede and even got to stroke the massive 11ft long python! The cafe and facilities were great, so many play areas and activities, lots of extra things to do too. And the staff were really, really good! They were all full of enthusiasm and fun, brilliant at interacting with all of us, really added to the day and the experience. It's a little bit of a journey for us to get to but it was totally worth it! Literally cannot recommend this place enough!

Lots to see and do. Love feeding the animals. Petting area, play area, soft play. Cafe was great. We had a full day out and still need to come back as we did not see everything. Great value for money xx

Brilliant farm, so much to see and so many animals to feed. Full day of entertainment, not just a few hours like most farms. Would definitely recommend to this place to anybody, ideal of all ages.

Visited yesterday, spent a good few hours here, just to feed the lambs, dragged my mother along with me so I didn't look like a complete nerd. Been here a few times over the years, well set out, reasonably priced. Healthy looking animals, and clean enclosures. One greedy goat nicked my bag of animal food complete with paper bag! 🤣 Our inner child made us both have a go on the toy tractors and a play in the mud in the "kids" Park. Just shows, you're never too old! Plenty to do and see for kids, and adults alike. Staff very helpful. Toilets clean, and we appreciated the hot water, to warm our hands up. Cafe nice and warm, sampled a cheese scone, and a caramel shortbread with our hot drinks. Just got back home before the snow came, but we both had a lovely time.
