Can’t recommend this garden centre enough. The staff are first class & go above & beyond to help. Over Christmas I found a Christmas decoration & couldn’t find another one, I queried at till & they said one more in stock & a staff member promptly went hunting for it & found it! Yesterday, I emailed querying if they had conifer hedging. Sarah emailed straight back & was amazing as not only measured height for me, also took photos & sent to me. Ordered & delivered with 2 hrs by the very helpful Tony. Compared to ordering online where delivery costs can be over £100 for bulk item delivery, Plants Plus was only £15 regardless of quantity! Prices overall very reasonable compared to other garden centres, lots of choice & great quality!

More cafe than garden centre? Came to eat rather than shop. A really popular spot, great selection, good value portions and a helpful team.

I'm a regular customer and pop in for plants and pet supplies, also the occasional new pet, I loves this place, vast selection and staff have extensive knowledge about the animals available, I have purchased my cornsnake and now 2 lovely budgies for here, a beautiful lavender female and an absolute stunning crested helicopter male, you never see these and was so surprised to see one here, I will coming back soon as usual and recommend to everyone, thank you very much

We visited to enjoy a browse about the nursery and purchase some plants. We first had a coffee and tea cakes in the cafe but unfortunately had to leave before we had finished due to the over powering stench of raw sewerage in the building that came about halfway through our food. We couldn't stand the smell which was clearly the same thought as most of the cafe goers got up and left too commenting the same thoughts. Such a shame for the center and disappointing as we'd love to visit again.

Canny breakfast, however have had much better. Unfortunately table and chairs weren’t very clean, also they’ve increased prices and reduced portions, no longer get a second sausage or toast with a full English, also poached eggs were half slimey in the middle and undercooked, and the toast was barely toasted, had worse but also had much better

Plants Plus is a large garden centre with a good range of plants, gifts, and decorative items. The range is good and the prices seemed reasonable compared to other garden centres we have visited. With a large carpark and easy access it is ideal for people of all abilities. We found the range of trees limited ( though my wife managed to buy one regardless). All in all, I would recommend this place as it had a nice feel to it and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to pop out if you need anything for your garden or even if you are just looking for somewhere to fill in a couple of hours in the day.

Call here every Thursday for lunch.The menu is extensive, main meals to light bites.The service counter is very well organised with the team of ladies operating like a well oiled machine so that even at busy times the queue is dealt with quickly. The procedure is to find your table, choose your meal, make a note of your table number and join the queue. If you are on your own you can reserve your table with a provided placard. The garden centre is spacious and well stocked with all of the things you might expect. The selection of greetings cards is eclectic and plentiful and has now become our first port of call for these items. We were delighted to make the acquaintance of the two donkeys enhancing the Spirit of Christmas. The hand drier in the Gent's toilet is not very powerful, so be patient.

Called into the cafe on the way past, food was decent and not outrageously priced. The nursery itself has a wide choice plants and flower and I bagged myself a bargain garden seating set. Feb '23. Popped in for cake and coffee. Both were good.

Beautiful place with lots of fresh and healthy plants. There is a restaurant, pet supplies, fish 🐠 on site. Good offer on £12 for 4 (got 6 plants) ideal for patios and hanging baskets 24 healthy flowering plants.
