There are not enough words to thank Trevor Dixon @ Hearts To Heaven Pet Crematorium for the service he provided following the passing of our much beloved cat Charlie Farley Goggins. We were kept well informed about each part of the process right from the collection of Charlie from the local vet right through to the collection of the ashes. I thoroughly recommend his professional service.

Trevor was fantastic and gave our adored dog the very best send-off possible. Lots of options, lovely final resting room available to say goodbye and a same day service which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend

We have had to use Trevor's services twice in the last 7 months sadly. Hearts to Heaven gave a first class service and loving care for our beloved Sonny and Kaiser's final farewells , we would not entrust our dogs journey to the Rainbow Bridge with anyone else

Our boy passed over to rainbow bridge on 3rd February, quicker than expected, Trevor still accommodated us despite being short notice and late in the day. As heartbreaking as the whole thing was Trevor was compassionate, considerate and he treated our boy with great respect, which helped us a lot. We were allowed as much time as we needed to say goodbye. The little touches like paw prints, some hair, even managing to keep one of our boys spots (he’s a Dalmatian). Highly recommend Hearts to Heaven. Thank you Trevor for making an awful time that little bit easier.

A massive thank you to Trevor for an amazing service. We lost our cat very suddenly, and Trevor was absolutely amazing from the get go. Gave us plenty options to suit what we wanted for our cat and did it on the day. Our family can not thank Trevor enough for the help and support that he offered us at the worst possible time. From the day before we lost our precious girl, he arranged everything, so that we knew exactly what to expect. He treated our girl with dignity and respect. He did not rush us when we were saying goodbye to her, even though he was very busy. He made an unbearable time a bit more bearable. You are a very special person Trevor! When we picked our precious girl up, she was returned to us in an absolutely beautiful way. So much thought has clearly gone into how heartbroken owners will receive their beloved pets. We could not recommend Trevor's service highly enough.

Trevor was so understanding, my head was all over the place when I suddenly lost my German Shepherd boy on a walk , I took him up to Hearts to Heaven and was treated with so kindly ...we said our goodbyes to Zeus , went back a few days later ...he's now back home with us and his mate Kyra ...such a big boy ..with a heart of gold ..taken at only 5 years old 😢

Absolutely top notch professional service Trevor was great with us and is one of the nicest people Iv ever met he was very accommodating and this buisness is perfect for anyone who has lost a family pet we had to make the decision to put our little girl tia to rest on Tuesday if contacted Trevor the day prior and he did his best to make sure I could get her up to him the same day and once we arrived the room was absolutely beautiful I would recommend Trevor to anyone who is thinking about this after a passing of a furry family member couldn’t have asked for a better service at all! I can’t thank Trevor enough for what he did for me and my family ❤️

Trevor was wonderful, incredibly kind and thoughtful. It was a horrific experience saying goodbye to our beloved rescue lurcher Flash but being able to take him to Trevor for his final journey gave us comfort. I can't recommend Hearts to Heaven enough and thank you for your support and kindness.
