Was given an online valuation but couldn't get to their offices due to work commitments. Jason and his team came after hours to my home to check the car was how I described it and although they found a couple of minor marks that i had missed they honoured the priced, paid off my outstanding finance and bank transferred the rest of the money straight away! 5 star service, would use again and recommend to everyone!

Given an online quote which we were happy with and put a deposit on a new car for when funds would be received. Turns up with the car to be told the online quote was wrong and offered £5k under the online price. Absolute rip off merchants wasting our time!!!
